MONETARY GIFTS

Directed Gifts
Gifts can be directed to specifically benefit key services Holy Redeemer Health Sytem provides, or can be general gifts to benefit the health system, as needed.

Annual Appeal
Periodically, Holy Redeemer Health System directs financial appeals to specific themed projects or services. Past initiatives have involved Emergency Room expansion, equipment acquisition, and others.

Memorials and Honorarium Gifts  
A gift in memory or in honor of a loved one, friend, physician, or caregiver is a thoughtful way to express gratitude and support. If there is someone you wish to recognize, Holy Redeemer will notify the honoree - or family member for a memorial gift - to let him or her know of your gift in their honor. Gift amounts remain confidential and may be directed to the fund of your choice.

Endowments
The Holy Redeemer Health System endowment program helps to ensure that state-of-the-art medical practices remain available for people in need, and that delivery of services are rooted in the mission of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer: to care, comfort and heal. The endowment is a designed account, invested to produce income to fund a donor's wishes. Only the income generated from the fund is used, while the principle is preserved. 

Planned Giving/Trusts and Estate Gifts 
Trust and Estate Gifts offer an alternative to direct giving that is very appealing to many donors, due to certain tax benefits. Gifts can be made in the form of cash, securities (stocks, mutual funds, bonds) or real estate.

Holy Redeemer features a number of fundraising events and activities throughout the year.

Legacy Guild 
The Redeemer Legacy Guild recognizes friends who have remembered Holy Redeemer Health System, and through their generosity, have provided for the health, welfare and spiritual well being of future generations. By making a Planned Gift through a Bequest in their will, a Charitable Gift Annuity, Life Income Plan, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan or personal property, such as securities and real estate, member of the Guild help Holy Redeemer continue its mission: to care, comfort and heal.
